THE CLASSES

Bootcamp

A group physical training program conducted by our professional personal trainers. These programs are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 1-hour period of time.

Open Gym

A program written up on the board for you to follow at your own time.

MetraShred / HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training – Usually 40 seconds work and 15 seconds rest.

Spin / HIIT

A combination of Spinning on a stationary bike and HIIT.

Boxing Bootcamp

A high intensity boxing and cardio class incorporating Taekwondo Kicks and Boxing.

CrossTrain

Think Wall Balls, Slam Balls, Clean and Press, Skipping, Minute Rounds, Tabata, running, weights.  A different workout every time.

Spin

High energy music, flashing lights, sweat out session on a stationary bike. 45 minute classes or 30 minutes of spinning combined with 20 minutes of deep stretching.
