THE CLASSES

Monday - MetaShred

This class entails a high intensity, high interval style workout where you’re staying in a high heart rate zone throughout the whole session, short sharp bursts of intense cardio with a short rest to really push your anaerobic threshold and when staying consistent will increase fitness/ fat burn and metabolism.

Tuesday - BoxBlitz

On Tuesdays we BOX, another high intensity workout with a good mix of boxing and non weighted cardio. Keeping it flowing and sharp throughout the whole session, keeping you on your toes “literally” for the whole 45mins.

Wednesday - HIIT

This class entails a high intensity, high interval style workout where you’re staying in a high heart rate zone throughout the whole session, short sharp bursts of intense cardio with a short rest to really push your anaerobic threshold and when staying consistent will increase fitness/ fat burn and metabolism.

Thursday - Bootcamp

This class entails a high intensity, high interval style workout where you’re staying in a high heart rate zone throughout the whole session, short sharp bursts of intense cardio with a short rest to really push your anaerobic threshold and when staying consistent will increase fitness/ fat burn and metabolism.

Friday - MetaPump

Taking it down again in intensity but upping the volume on our MegaPump again on Saturdays. Starting to implement weights and working on technique and proper style resistance training to really shred/tone and build muscle mass. In this session we’re upping the weight and going for reps with a long rest. 

Saturday - MegaPump

Taking it down again in intensity but upping the volume on our MegaPump again on Saturdays. Starting to implement weights and working on technique and proper style resistance training to really shred/tone and build muscle mass. In this session we’re upping the weight and going for reps with a long rest.
