OUR CENTRE
Sydney Taekwondo Centre was formed by Vicki and Pino Donofrio. They both have been teaching Taekwondo for over 25 years at various martial arts schools in Sydney dated back to the early 90’s. Vicki is a 4th Dan Black Belt and Pino is a 3rd Dan Black Belt.

The goal of Sydney Taekwondo Centre is to help students achieve their fullest potential and develop physical and mental strength.

We challenge you to excel and learn the highest quality and accuracy of Taekwondo training.

We specialise in kids tuition and group fitness. Classes we offer cover a wide variety, from Taekwondo. We cater for all levels of fitness Beginners - Advanced.
OUR TRAINERS
Vicki and Pino have trained under Master Jeongtae Kim , 9th Dan 1973 World Champion, Seoul Korea. This dedicated husband and wife team has over 25 years competitive experience in Taekwondo and body fitness. Our aim is to provide a one stop shop for all ages (kids to corporate) with a diverse range of health and fitness classes provided in-house or on-site. Vicki Donofrio is 6 times National Champion and 3 times World & Asian Bronze Medallist. Pino Donofrio is 5 times Australian Taekwondo Champion.

"Back in the 80’s when I was a teenager, I always wanted to be able to protect myself and was looking to do some kind of Martial Arts. I stumbled across Kim’s Tae Kwon Do at Ashfield and the rest is history. Little did I know at the time my Instructor Master Jeong Tae Kim was the first world Tae Kwon Do heavy- weight champion 1973.

I went on to win 6 national titles, 3 Bronze International Medals and have been teaching and passing on the skills of the art to children since retirement in 1996 from competition."

Pino D'Onofrio

"Bruce Lee was my idol when I was growing up. At a young age, a friend of mine took me along to train with him at Kim’s Tae Kwon Do and fell in love with the art instantly. I attended classes every day and became obsessed with training and competing. I went on to win many state titles and 5 nationals. I represented Australia in 1993 at world Tae Kwon Do and Asian Championships where I also met my lovely wife, Vicki."

Pino Donofrio is a 5 times Australian Taekwondo Champion with more than 20 years of training experience.
